The film was completed in October, 2013. The film documents the partnership and work of Cochrane Environmental Action Committee (CEAC), Canada World Youth participants, students and teachers from Cochrane High School, Cochrane Toyota and many interested citizens form Cochrane and area. The purpose of the film was to educate students, council decision-makers, and the general public about the importance of urban wetlands and why they should be retained during development.
