We intended to accomplish a ...See moreThroughout our journey at SVA, we learned a lot and have been inspired by various Visual Effects commercials and films. Many have a combination of live action footage with 2D and 3D elements composited within. We intended to accomplish a similar style in our thesis, with large scale visuals, vibrantly colored lights and photo-realistic effects. We believe that Glitch turned out be a visually and aesthetically pleasing film. Some techniques we used to produce a photo realistic composition includes; Keying, 2D and 3D tracking, Camera Projections, Matte Painting, Texturing, Roto and Color Grading. We worked in the Computer Art labs and have utilized Nuke, Mari, Maya, After Effects, Cinema 4D, Photoshop and Illustrator to produce the visuals. Written by Anonymous See less
