This film is targeted at the young generation (ages 13-29), who use the term so loosely and have no idea the degradation or destruction behind the context of the word's intent towards African (African-American/Black) people. With constant engagement, I believe we can create an atmosphere for learning, healing, and change by showing this video to as many people in the community as possible and after having 2 community viewing events we would like to present this documentary to African youth in hopes that it can solidify an emotional connection to the conditions of our fore fathers, thus creating a much needed sense of identity in the young generation.
