This is a landscape scarred by centuries of brutal battles and wars, and the region has become a place of Western-like lawlessness; its isolated surroundings make it the perfect place to airdrop shipments of drugs, hide dead bodies, and avoid law enforcement authorities. "Heavy Duty Bikers" is a Machiavellian story of power--of first getting it, and then keeping it--and the ruthlessness of politics and big business told from the perspective of high-ranking members; a world in which to survive, a good man must be bad. Traversing themes of greed, love and corruption in the illicit and unconventional organisation, the lead character is an anti-hero, rule breaker, loyal servant to the organisation, and pragmatic murderer.
