As his testimony echoes through the night, we follow him through dark alleyways, glowing rooftops, and the reflections of a city that once tried to silence him. Just as his past fades into memory, his phone rings. It's Matthew Silva, visionary director and founder of Silva Pictures. "It's time. Show starts in 20."
