Each day, she is made to solve a maze in under two minutes, and when she fails, she vomits marbles, each one representing the number of days she has remaining to succeed. The skull watches her every move, and appears to have a will of its own. Everyday 18 searches the room for clues or a way to escape. Every night, a hand takes the bowl of vomited marbles away from under the bend. Trapped in the room, 18 starts losing her mind as she's shown strange visions, and she begins worshiping the skull.
