Sania, a strict and uncompromising corporate manager, maintains a rigid work environment where leniency is unwelcome. Her stern demeanor creates an atmosphere of fear in the office, where employees tread carefully to avoid her wrath. Even minor mistakes are met with harsh punishments. Sameer, a young and capable new hire, is unaware of Sania's temper when he joins the company. He is assigned a high-priority task with a tight deadline, but he fails to complete it on time. As punishment, Sania instructs him to work overtime at her home. What follows is unexpected. At her house, Sania confesses that she is attracted to him and expresses a desire to explore a more personal relationship. Sameer is taken aback and initially refuses, citing his personal and professional ethics. However, Sania, leveraging her position of power, offers him promotions, extra incentives, and job security in exchange for romance.
