Grace feels honored by the vote of confidence. Tony tells Sharon they have to discuss something very important with their partners. Nick and Grace fear that Sharon and Tony have somehow learned of their night out at the concert when they are summoned. Victor assures John Silva that he will do anything to keep that shyster lawyer out of the negotiations with Diane. Meanwhile, Michael offers Diane to help her pen her "wish list" for Victor. Megan and Tricia talk about Ryan and Phillip who hasn't called or written since he went to camp. Nina is insulted when Tricia storms into her apartment, accusing her of sabotaging Ryan and Phillip's relationship. She says that she is sorry their vacation plans fell through, but it was Phillip who wanted to go to camp. Ashley tells Cole that she has to on a business trip immediately. Grace and Nick arrive at the apartment where Tony and Sharon have prepared a little birthday party. Grace has a guilty look on her face when Tony gives her expensive earrings as a present and boasts how much he loves her. Victor is furious when Diane presents him her demands, including a seat on the Newman Enterprises board of directors and 25% of all stock! He shouts that she has made a mockery of his generosity with her outrageous demands. Diane looks disappointed that Victor is not even willing to discuss any of this, but later Michael reassures her.
