Fearing the filthy condition of his own farm,Gron and Megan hedge a plot to send the inspector to Ned's and assume it to be their own. With Ned and Bet out of the way, they take over Ned's farm and home. As Gron pretends to be Ned, Megan dresses up as as Bet,when her unfamiliarity to her surroundings, fancy clothes, high heels,and make-up and lead to hilarious results.
