Jack notices that his sister is preoccupied, but she won't disclose the reason. John is back from his trip with Billy. Ashley confides in her father about her engagement and the situation with Victoria. Tricia suggests to Ryan to go to family counseling with Phillip. Nina doesn't take Ryan's suggestion well, though. She accuses him of getting in an insta-engagement with "Barbie" while Phillip is still dealing with this parent's divorce. Ryan refuses to take all the blame. Victor hands Diane a settlement offer. He is surprised when Diane says she will have to show it to her attorney first, before making any statement about it. Michael tries to get inside information on Victor from Christine. She warns Michael to take on the powerful tycoon never surrenders quietly. When Victoria explains that the timing is all wrong for the pregnancy and she is considering her options, Cole realizes she is thinking about an abortion. Neil offers once more to help her raising the child, but Victoria makes it clear that this is her decision to make.
