Grumio tags along but gets stoned on a bag of hen bane seeds given him by the landlord to sell. The group goes to the Kitty Club where Cynthia is a waitress but they are thrown out after Aurelius tries to grab Cynthia and the night ends disastrously with the lads dissuading the driving instructor from killing himself.
