She shares with us the history of Vogue as an art form, as well as her relationship to it as an individual. From her first time ever going out to vogue in public at a club in Philadelphia called "The Breakfast Club" to her winning the first ever ball she got to walk, which she won. Makayla shares her struggle to gain self acceptance and how her grandmother inspired her to not put too much importance into what other people think. After her grandmother's passing Makayla struggles to find herself again, losing her biggest supporter and number one fan. We also follow Karma Stylz, another New York based vogue dancer who shares their thoughts and experience on vogue culture and the amazing people that make it what it is and has always been. Karma also recounts the struggles and turbulence it took to now become a renowned and proud vogue dancer. Both dancers come to the conclusion that the most important thing is that they believe in themselves and their art form, and that no matter what the future holds, they will always know that Vogue loves them as much as they love IT.
