Thus begins a battle between patience and incompetence. Incompetence wins, of course, but the fun is in watching the poor patron try to contain his anger, and in seeing just how many ways the waitress can find to screw things up. A very astute viewer-or perhaps someone watching for the second time-will note that the man must already be having some problems before he arrives, since the book he is reading is titled "Manual de Autocontrol de Enojo" or "Manual for Self-Control of Anger."
