The film shows his friend, Samuel, in a tower suffering from a high anxiety-attack. Now, 40 years later, the filmmaker gets the brilliant idea to make a film about how Samuel heals his anxiety by bungee jumping. The only problem is that Samuel is not at all interested in this. Samuel tries to escape the filmmaker and the whole thing develops into stalking and harassment that involves more people than both the filmmaker and Samuel could ever have expected.
