Filiz Barsani, a young Syrian woman, is to receive a living donation - from Kamal Hawleri, the husband of her deceased sister. The two fled to Germany together and have built a new life here like brother and sister. But in recent years Filiz has been getting worse and her dream of a "garden for all" threatened to fail. Now the operation could turn everything around for the better, if there weren't so much unsaid between the two of them. But Filiz is sure: now it's too late for the truth. The conflict between Dr. Mikko Rantala and Florian Osterwald is far from over. Then Mikko suddenly receives a surprise visit from the baby of the family, his sister Sini Rantala. Mikko realizes that Sini is hiding something from him. But when he tries to confront her, an accident occurs in which Mikko sustains a head injury. When Leyla also discovers that Mikko suffers from retrograde amnesia, both Sini and Florian - despite all their sympathy - are secretly relieved that Mikko can no longer remember the arguments. Karin Patzelt's work anniversary is coming up and when she notices that Wolfgang Berger is already planning something, she puts the gun to his head: no presents, no fuss.
