After facing consistent setbacks of failed pregnancies and the sudden loss of her husband, Sarah is ecstatic with the news of getting pregnant and finally having a family that she always wanted. She ignores her anatomical abnormalities and decides to have the baby, finding support in her childhood friend Tina. Sarah has an incident and loses this baby. She is devastated and so emotionally hit for the third time, that she can't come to terms with this loss and goes in denial pretending a fake pregnancy, until Tina, sees the fake pregnant belly and is shocked seeing her disturbed state of mind.
