Things take an unexpected turn as the CEO of OptimumCore, also Jason's boss and mentor, informs him of his low performance and threatens to fire him if he does close a final given lead. Not only does Jason fail to close the lead, but in the midst of attempting to gather details on a case that could potentially save his job, Jason ends up at a crime scene. In the midst of unraveling disturbing truths about his agency and balancing his family life, Jason becomes the primary suspect in a murder case and must fight to prove his innocence.
