All the eats are unmissable and inspirational, including Matrimonio, a simple Spanish snack of anchovies on a crispy crouton, just the thing after a hard afternoon in the heat strimming fences on the farm. Then Julius is inviting new friend and Beekeeper Mark Rogers over to check on a hive of bees he climbed on his roof to rescue and they're tucking into Prosciutto with Honey and Thyme, with the honey courtesy of the rescued bees. With an evening of watering, weeding and checking on his goats ahead, Julius shares his love of classic recipes and makes his favourite Chocolate Mousse, just a sprinkling of flaky sea salt takes it to the next level, for a perfect post work treat. Garden produce is on his mind and he's sharing a great unusual idea for using up his courgette glut turning the flowers into an amazing stuffed Courgette Flower Ravioli, that's easy enough for a weekday dinner but beautiful and special enough for entertaining. Then it's a first for the farm and all about Pizza. He's not only making the food but building the wood fired oven with the help of his friend and amazing builder Adam Hendley, along with his son Rowan and Julius's brothers Jocelyn and Lucian. With the oven built there's the pizza to make and Julius is sharing his go-to recipe for pillowy dough, rustling up a simple delicious Tomato Sauce to spread on as a base and Garden Pesto to drizzle over. Then its fingers crossed as he fires up the oven and makes an epic duo of 'Nduja, Honey and Mozzarella Pizza, Potato and Taleggio Pizzas for his friends and brothers.
