The cause of their sudden, ambiguous deaths has remained a mystery ever since. 100 years later, an obsessed young woman returns to White Island with a team of forensic scientists, determined to finally solve the mystery at any cost. As they dive deeper into Andree's macabre fate, the line between obsession and mania starts to dissolve and little by little, they begin to resemble the original expedition...
