Everything ended in 2018 - with the sale. Since its foundation in 1945, through the development period of the 70s, the Belgrade Agricultural Combine (PKB) is left without its former companies in the 90s - Imlek, Frikom and Pekabeta. In 2003, the owner of Delta, Miroslav Miskovic, bought Pekabeta, which had already been separated, and the investment fund Salford, represented by businessman Milan Beko, bought Imlek. PKB is starting to depend on its former companies. Debts are increasing year by year, so in 2009 the state of Serbia takes ownership of PKB, in 2010 it donates PKB to the City of Belgrade, in 2016 Belgrade returns PKB to the state, in 2018 the Arab company Al Dahra buys the property of PKB, i.e. 17,000 hectares agricultural land.
