However, they never say or show to their children that they are a happily married couple. There are many times that they were at the edge of getting divorced, but they never commit it. Mi (the director of the film, Nguyen Ha Uyen Phan's home name), their first daughter, through some ups and downs in her family and witnessing her parents' arguing so many times, finds that there must be something behind the reason why her parents are still together, and decides to ask them about their relationship to find their honest answers. On a summer day of 2022, Mi asks her parents about their relationship, reminding them that 2022 is their 30th year of their marriage. Throughout the documentary, Mi will be in charge of asking questions to Dzung and Hai, following their daily routines such as going to the supermarket, drinking coffee, eating dinner, cooking, etc. and picking up their honest answers from the conversation she has with them. Based on Mi's observation and deeper questioning, the story of her parents' unresolved feelings will unfold. Mi will also have the answer for herself about her parents' love.
