A couple of cops make it their mission to take down the gang before their drug hits the streets any further. Time is ticking because the people of this city are fed up and are now willing to fight back. What will happen first, the cops take down the gang, the paralysis hits the streets creating a bunch of violent addicts, or will vigilante Justice take over.
