At the hospital Niamh and Bronagh vie for the attention of attractive Dr Lewin whilst Conor gets involved in a card school with leukaemia sufferers, who beat him hollow. Packy is perturbed by persistent phone calls from his scary admirer Aoife, though it turns out that she is the old lady's niece, ringing to berate him for her aunt's treatment.
