Things go awry when one of the siblings is attacked by something and goes missing as the others are leaving the cemetery. The oldest brother tells the sisters to wait in the car as he investigates. One by one they are killed off until the very end at which point Sarah (the protagonist) heads back to the site of their mothers grave, after having been attacked in the car by a zombie, in search for her siblings. She is confronted by her dead mother back from the dead as well as her other 3 now dead siblings which all corner her as she realizes her death is inevitable as she can not bring herself to kill her family even if they are a group of brain starved zombies.
