Locals were left baffled and worried. Those who had attempted to find out what was going on by departing from their towns were never heard from since. Due to the chaos that was being caused by the Guardian's berserk nature, the locals called upon the one and only Mario to help them. With the Mushroom Kingdom wishing farewells, Mario set off by boat towards the Archipelago of Brixurei, bringing Luigi along for the ride.
