However on the eve of the wedding ...See moreJudy and her young second husband Tandeep run Edge of Heaven, a 1980s themed guest house in Margate, helped by her butch daughter Anne-Marie and daft son Alfie, who is marrying childhood sweetheart Carly. However on the eve of the wedding he sees her kissing another man and, whilst she turns up to the church, she jilts him at the altar and runs out. Later Carly shocks bridesmaid Michelle by telling her that her only regret is missing out on the honeymoon hotel and, after a talk from Judy, comes to Edge of Heaven to suggest to Alfie they go on the honeymoon anyway but he cries off and she goes on her own.
