Rachael says she was born in the 1970s and reminds Miah that it was not that long ago. They pretend to go back to the 1970s in Big Ted's time machine. Georgie welcomes them to the seventies. They use a record player to listen to the 1976 Play School album 'Hey Diddle Diddle'. Miah and Rachael dance along to Lorraine Bayly singing 'Everybody Do This'. Rachael teaches Miah a 1970s dance. They sing 'Everywhere's a Dance Floor'. Through the arched window there is footage of the 1970s. Rachael and Miah tie-dye some clothes. They use some scarves to sing 'Paint a Rainbow'. It is quarter past seven on the 1970s clock, with Big Ted wearing 'groovy' headphones sitting on the suitcases. Georgie, Rachael and Miah tell the story 'Sven at Ten'. Miah and Rachael hang the tie-dyed clothes out to dry. They are joined by Georgie to sing a 'twirling and swirling' song.
