After riding the coattails of their talented writer, REX, they have found fame and fortune. Their latest hit suspense/horror film, Bad Taxidermy, is a week out from its premier; however, a buzz is growing: "Are these gruesome films based off of real murders?" As the heat starts to pick up, we meet SAM, their in-the-know literary agent who is considering coming clean. After a panicked exchange, TINY, LIZ, MAVERICK, and SAM decide to pay their writer REX a visit. We end the film in REX's creepy mountainous workshop where the team hopes to cover their tracks and escape with their crime-laden fame.
