Igor accidentally ends up in the research institute's laboratory testing a new device for his father's next trip, where he is hit by a laser beam. Immediately after this, the father flies off in a hot air balloon on a high-speed flight across all of Russia, and versions of him from the future in different dimensions begin to fall out on Igor.
