With their secret stockpiles of wealth and munitions intending on raising their own private army they are on the cusp of their plans being realized. The only thing standing in their way is ex SF (Special Forces) Commander Tommy Scott and his band of elite soldiers known as "The Contractors." If they fail the future of the country will be lost.
