With her grandmother as her inspiration to keep pursuing higher education at the forefront of her accomplishments, currently pursuing her Doctorate in Philosophy. Silky's mission to show the world what is behind those arched eyebrows and voluminous wigs, are actually, doctors, lawyers, politicians, educators and sometimes, yes, everyday people; who happen to slay - away. Never one to shy from controversy, Silky publicly announced her status as a registered Republican, citing having a strategy to disrupt the voting process. Silky caught major backlash on her Drag Race episode with Miiley Cyrus. Often called loud, and over-the-top, Silky is aware of her presence and has no plans to lower her volume. See less
