Her life is great. Barb had an amazing childhood, has a slightly younger brother who was like a best friend growing up, and parents who gave them everything they ever needed. Her parents were doting and loving. They helped prepare them for adulthood and were great examples of a family who inspired love, not only for each other but for all people. So, when Barbara learned her mother had stage-four cancer, she was destroyed. At the hospital, while visiting her mother, Barb spoke to the doctor and got very troubling news. She would soon learn of secrets that would begin to unravel her life. She would feel like a stranger to everything she ever thought she knew. See less
