Colin played one of the infamous Dozen, Seth Sawyer. Colin also played Charlie Sedgwick in Stanley Kubrick's 1962 film, Lolita. His scene was set at Camp Climax and Colin played directly opposite the inimitable James Mason. As this year marks the 60th anniversary of that film, we thought we'd commemorate this criminally under-appreciated Kubrick masterpiece by talking to Mr Colin Maitland. We interviewed Colin in March 2022, when he told us some amazing behind-the-scenes stories about his time filming The Bedford Incident, A Shot In The Dark, The Dirty Dozen and Lolita.
