At first it's only the Internet that seems affected but soon, traffic lights are malfunctioning and ATMs are spewing out money. Julian takes to the airwaves to take credit but Kiera isn't so sure he's responsible. Julian suddenly appears at the police station and turns himself in. Lucas has seemingly gone mad and is now having conversations with Edouard Kagame. Alec thinks Lucas may have hijacked some of the code for his all-seeing computer program.
