The interludes/clips/anecdotes (which work just as well as short films in their own right) cross our common judgments (on "time", "femininity", "virility", the "reality of a break-up", etc...) in order to better disrupt them. The political/trash shorts use frontal imagery to reach a political but funny dimension. Feminists above all (they expose a claimed and assumed "feminolesbian" sexuality), they tackle the question of love, daily medical life, television and family propaganda and that of imposed gender. It is also a decision to go beyond the hypocritical "horror of the female sex" in order to discover several moments of female masturbation so practiced and never shown. See less
