In order to make it onto the team each new member must face initiation by committing the perfect crime within their area of expertise. A young sniper is given the assignment of taking out a bus driver for his initiation, but after a twist of events he unknowingly meets the son of the deceased bus driver later in life where they develop a relationship and the shooter recruits him into the syndicate to work together with him.
