She rings Stephen but he turns up with Frankie, his bright eleven-year old son on a day's access. After Stephen's ex-wife has taken Frankie home Mia takes Stephen back to her flat, to find an angry David, who has cut his hand hitting the glass on her door and the two men bond briefly as Stephen bandages the cut before leaving Mia and David to try and make a success of their relationship.
