Cassandra is a college student who must balance her everyday life with the extreme paranoia of her mother, Sophia. Sophia's emotional and mental instability case great strain on their relationship. Gregory, Cassandra's devoted boyfriend, watches helplessly as Cassandra and Sophia's relationship deteriorates. Slowly though, Cassandra stars noticing things like her mother does. The GPS symbol on her phone appears even though the signal is off. People at school stare at her. Odd glitches happen with various electronics.
