In this last episode they want to give a feel to the listeners about how it was like during the golden age of Hong Kong cinema and the way Hong Kong films influenced Hollywood and global culture. Mr Albert Lee is the Executive Director of the Hong Kong International Film Festival (HKIFF) and formerly the CEO at Emperor Motion Pictures. In the 1980s and 90s, Mr Lee was a member of Golden Harvest's formidable International Distribution team, successfully establishing numerous new markets for the company and Hong Kong cinema. He has played a pivotal role in creating cinematic masterpieces that have transformed Hong Kong's film industry and had a significant impact beyond its borders. Notable films produced under his guidance include "Let the Bullets Fly," "The Sun Also Rises," "Beast Stalker," "The Stool Pigeon," "That Demon Within," and "Shaolin." See less
