The Art of Tasting Portugal project, a "platform that aims to promote national gastronomy through gastronomic mapping" of the country and the organization of tourist experiences "with an emphasis on this sector", launched in 2020, reaches Portuguese television channels through a series of eight episodes. In each of them, "a region of the country, a chef and a different product" will be highlighted, with the aim of "promoting the territory" and "celebrating the products of each region", "presenting its producers and the chefs who make them work", he announced in a statement.
