As Jasmine Malone is still examined by the doctors, Sally is anxiously waiting outside for news on the seriousness of her injuries. Suddenly, George Sanders, a shady ambulance chaser lawyer, appears with the intent to represent Jasmine's interests. It dawns on Sally that the incident could turn into a big law suit. Dylan shares with Michael that Jessica walked in on his date with Maggie - and it now looks like he is having feelings for both women. Jessica awaits Maggie at the guest house of the Forrester Mansion to confide all her grief in her mother, but does not mention her boyfriend's name. Ignorant that she is basically talking about herself, Maggie advises her to seek out to her boyfriend and fight the other woman. Jessica follows her advice and tries to reconcile with Dylan.
