It is believed to be the largest of such architecture style across the country, and one that has been most well preserved. A family - the Huang family - has been living here for over two hundred years. The family head usually comes from the elder people among the elder generation, who also responsible for organizing the sacrificial rituals to their ancestors each year. Important issues are all discussed and decided at family meetings. The Huang family lives on farming, and most of them take their pride in learning and writing. The tradition of respecting culture and moral behaviour has remained till today.
