Micheal is a straight shooter and articulates what a lot of us have been feeling in the industry as "growing pains". With over 25 years in the business he didn't skip a beat in confirming the audition model and casting process has changed more in the last few years than the ten prior. I had the joy of meeting Micheal years ago in class and I'm so glad we have him joining us on the podcast today for a few laughs. See less
