Shambling Tony makes unusual presents for the players whilst acerbic video shop manager Marco offers them 'constructive' criticism on their past performances which is not kindly received and Susan and Meg might look like two sweet old ladies but actually are subject to a restraining order banning them from coming within fifty feet of John Nettles.
