Scott and Burns Cheadle, one a geophysicist and the other a Professor of Geology explain the physical rock outcroppings along the picturesque shore of Lake Superior. In the film they stress how the various geologic events relate to Earth history. Unique structures such as miniature water volcano structures and monumental features like the famous 'Sea Lion' are formed. The historic Silver Islet mine is featured as an example of how such rich mineral deposits form and how this is in fact related to the very unique nature the Sun. Written by Anonymous See less
