Shirley and her spouse Drew are hosting their boss Morgan and his wife Carol for the dinner. The company they work for, PathoTech, is a medical device company that has profited off the zombie epidemic. As Drew tries to impress their boss for the evening, Shirley must reconcile the elitist opinions of the dinner guests with her personal experience of the epidemic, as one year prior her brother Ryan was infected and killed as a result of the epidemic.
