Maggie drops hints that she wants him to propose but Tyler is too nervous to commit. He feels that the house they just bought is enough of a commitment. Little does Maggie know that Tyler has had an engagement ring hidden away in a drawer. Neither want to leave the house or each other's lives so they decide to write a set of ground rules so everything can stay kosher. Maggie discovers the engagement ring and confronts him.
