On the one hand we have Andrés Treviño and his partner who, from the border between activism and politics, have promoted the issue of progress and on the other hand we have Brenda and Lidia who always fight from their passion for soccer. This story is narrated from the internal voices of the Jalisco State Congress, voices that fought for decades until reaching a platform where the future of a community is decided by secret ballots.
