Luke Barrow is an ordinary man who after sadly losing his mother, had to come to terms with his mental health and deal with it in a way he hadn't before. Luke went on to set up a charity called 'Two Pints Deep' which he uses to help reach out to other men and encourage them to talk about their issues in a place where they may not have spoke out otherwise.
