Ah Shuang's mother committed suicide and the family became scattered. He drifted alone to study and went to Beijing to attend a Russian language training center that did not pay tuition fees; Zhang resumed his studies at Peking University for a year and transferred to the affordable Peiyang University, preparing to graduate and become a lawyer; Yuyu had a passion for reading and writing, and attended the affordable Wuchang Zhonghua University.
